After rave reviews from last year’s event, we invite you to get in quick and book your place at this year’s Zestfulness Workshop.

The delightfully frank and funny Amanda Blair is your host for the morning. She will keep us on track as we hear from a line-up of eminent speakers on identifying, embracing and nurturing the inner zest in your life.

Dr Norman Swan, host of The Health Report on the ABC’s Radio National and Tonic on ABC TV, will kick off the workshop with a keynote address. He has won many awards for his work including Australia’s top prize for journalism – the Gold Walkley – and has previously hosted Life Matters, Late Night Live and Radio National Breakfast.

Dr Catherine Barrett, founder of Celebrate Ageing, will lead the audience through an Internalised Ageism workshop, as well as a presentation on the subject of intimacy on one of the panels.  She been working with older people for over 30 years as a clinician, educator, researcher, academic and capacity builder and is a national leader in making change for older people.

Join us, to hear from Amanda, Norman and Catherine along with Dr David Panter, Gabrielle Kelly, Greg Mackie OAM, Jenny Scott and a range of other presenters. This free event is brought to you with the generous support of The Senior and kind assistance of the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra.
