Modern older people are extraordinary – they are revolutionizing life in our 60s, 70s and 80s. They are changing our image of who older people are, what they do, what they wear, how they spend their time and what matters.
So it fits that older South Australians should have an arts festival that truly reflects what ageing really is in the 21st century.
Run by COTA SA, the peak body representing the needs, interests and aspirations of older South Australians, ZestFest is a unique South Australian festival – a chance to turn stereotypes of what it means to be older on their head.
ZestFest (once the Every Generation Festival) is now in its 51st year and will showcase opportunities to celebrate ageing in 2018 with events, workshops, activities and forums from one end of our state to the other.
